All mentioned aspects and description refer to the NEXD Gaming website (https://www.nydoo.org) and its functions and are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Minimum age
The minimum age to use the functions of the Nydoo Mining Group is 16 years. When registering or using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement. A subsequent change of the age is inadmissible and will accordingly not be taken into account.

2. Scope of application
For all deliveries of the Nydoo Mining Group to consumers these General Terms and Conditions apply. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that is predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

3. Dispute resolution
The EU Commission has created an Internet platform for online dispute resolution. The platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts. More information is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are willing or obligated to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board for the resolution of disputes with consumers. The competent consumer arbitration board is: Universalschlichtungsstelle des Bundes Zentrum für Schlichtung e.V., Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, www.verbraucher-schlichter.de. In order to settle the aforementioned disputes, we will participate in a dispute resolution procedure before this body.
