§ 1 Information on the Collection of Personal Data

(1) In the following Privacy Policy we would like to inform you about the collection of
personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data that can be related to you
personally, e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behaviour.

(3) When you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide (e.g. your e-mail address, your name and your telephone number) will be stored by us to answer your questions. We delete the data arising in this context after the storage is no longer necessary or limit the processing if there are legal storage obligations. For optimal processing of your inquiries, we use the ticket system of Freshdesk.

(4) When using the review function, acc. GDPR Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f), IP addresses are stored for 30 days to protect against misuse. The name is given voluntarily, so any pseudonym can also be used. After checking the review for correctness, your evaluation will be published on the product page of the reviewed product. After publication, your review can be viewed by all visitors on the corresponding product page. If desired, your review can be deleted. To do this, send an e-mail to support@nydoo.org.

(5) If we use contracted service providers for individual functions of our offer or would like to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail below about the respective processes. We also specify the defined criteria for the storage period.

§ 3 Collection of Personal Data when Visiting our Website

(1) When using the website for information purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 Sent. 1 f) GDPR):

  • IP address;

  • Date and time of the request;

  • Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT);

  • Content of the request (specific page);

  • Access status/HTTP status code;

  • Amount of data transferred;

  • Website from which the request comes;

  • Browser;

  • Operating system and its interface;

  • Language and version of the browser software.

(2) In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive and assigned to the browser you are using and through which certain information flows to the site that sets the cookie (in this case by us). Cookies cannot run programs or transmit viruses to your computer. They serve to make the Internet offer more user-friendly and effective overall.

(3) Use of cookies:

a) This website uses the following types of cookies, the scope and functionality of which are explained below:

- Transient cookies (hereinafter referred to in lit. b);
- Persistent cookies (hereinafter referred to in lit. c.).

b) Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser.
These include, in particular, session cookies. These store a so-called “Session ID” with which various requests from your browser can be assigned to the common session. This allows your computer to be recognized when you return to our website. The session cookies are deleted when you log out or close the browser.

c) Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period, which may differ depending on the cookie. You can delete the cookies by way of the security settings of your browser at any time.

d) You can configure your browser settings according to your wishes and, for example, refuse the acceptance of third-party cookies or all cookies. We would like to point out that you may not be able to use all functions of this website.

§ 3 Liability for Content and Liability for Links

(1) The contents of our pages were created with great care. However, we cannot assume any liability for the correctness, completeness and topicality of the contents. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages according to the general laws responsible and in accordance with § 7 Para. 1 Telemedia Act (TMG). According to §§ 8 to 10 of the Telemedia Act, however, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Illegal contents were not recognizable at the time of linking. However, a permanent control of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement. Upon notification of violations, we will remove such links immediately.

(1) The content and works on these pages created by the site operators are subject to German copyright law. The duplication, processing, editing, distribution and any kind of exploitation outside the limits of copyright law require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of this site are only permitted for private, non-commercial use. Insofar as the content on this site was not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. In particular, contents of third parties are marked as such. Should you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, please inform us accordingly. Upon notification of violations, we will remove such content immediately.

(2) Content referred to the game "Star Citizen" that has been created by our own (e.g. Screenshots) refers to the development studio "Cloud Imperium Gaming" (CIG). Star Citizen is their intellectual property and we use the mentioned piece of software for illustrating and content filling purposes and do not use it as an opportunity to generate any kind of monetary income for ourselves or someone else. § 5 Use of Web Analysis Tools and other third party features

The following web analysis tools (web analysis “cookies”) are set on our website. The legal basis for the use of these “cookies” is your consent (Art. 6 Para.1 a GDPR). When you visit our site for the first time, you can use the automatically displayed “cookie” banner to individually grant or withdraw consent for each of the cookies listed below. If you visit our website again, you can click on the “cookie settings” button under “Legal” and check or change your individual cookie settings there. If you have not expressly agreed to the use of this cookie under “adjust cookie settings” on our website, it will not be set on our website.

(1) Google reCAPTCHA

To protect the contact form, Nydoo Mining Group. uses the reCAPTCHA service of Google Ireland Limited in Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). The service includes sending your IP address and any other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of this service will not be merged with other Google data. The deviating data protection regulations of the company Google apply to this data. (2) Font Awesome

We use Font Awesome from the American company Fonticons (307 S. Main St., Suite 202, Bentonville, AR 72712, USA) on our website. When you visit one of our web pages, the Font Awesome web font (specifically icons) is loaded our own webserver. This way, the texts or fonts and icons are displayed appropriately on each device.

Icons are playing an increasingly important role for websites. Font Awesome is a web font specially designed for web designers and web developers. With Font Awesome, for example, icons can be scaled and colored as desired using the CSS stylesheet language. In this way, they replace old image icons.

(3) Discord

We make use of the discord widget to show information about the Nydoo Mining Group's Discord server. Because the widget is loaded as an iframe-HTML-Element it appears that Discord creates cookies for our webpage the same way they do if you use their website in general.

(4) Freshdesk

To process customer inquiries, Nydoo Mining Group uses the ticket system Freshdesk, a customer service platform of Freshworks Inc., 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, USA. For this purpose, necessary data such as Username (RSI, or pseudonym), IP address, e-mail address are collected via our website in order to be able to answer your request.
